If you don’t want anyone to steal your business name, and you know you plan to use your business name in commerce for the long haul you will want to trademark it!

Can I trademark my business name?

We will go over how to search whether your name is trademarked during the course! You will want to attend live to go through the search process live! In order to trademark a name, generally, you will need to be actually using the name in commerce! Meaning you are actually using the name now.
